We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Sr. Director of Go-to-Market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization of our products, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to take products from concept to execution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of simplifying complex problems, a pragmatic approach to execution, and previous experience in executing packaging and bundling strategies at scale. A background in the automotive industry and familiarity with SalesForce are highly preferred. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in optimizing sales activities to ensure maximum efficiency. 
What You'll Do: · Market research in our core software categories. Understanding product market fit and the competitive landscape. -Product Marketing will be core to our cross-sell strategy. You will help our product marketing team position incremental software products. -Market segmentation analysis, grouping key customer groups to be targeted for specific software products. - Pricing and Packaging will be key to positioning cross-sell targets, you will work with the sales and marketing teams to deliver optimal pricing strategies.- Lead the end-to-end process of product commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, IT, sales, and finance to ensure successful product launches and market penetration. - Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, encompassing positioning, messaging, target audience identification, and distribution channels. - Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth execution of go-to-market plans, coordinating efforts and priorities among various teams. - Utilize strong problem-solving skills to simplify complex challenges into actionable steps, enabling effective decision-making and timely execution. - Leverage previous experience in executing packaging and bundling strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer value, and optimize product offerings. - Utilize the SalesForce platform to track and analyze sales activities, identify key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement. - Optimize sales processes and activities to ensure efficiency, identifying areas for automation, streamlining, and enhancing overall sales performance. - Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools, training programs, and incentives, enabling them to achieve sales targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to anticipate shifts in the market and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly. - Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation. 
What You'll Need: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.  - Proven experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, or a related role, preferably with a background in the automotive industry. - Strong ability to simplify complex problems into actionable steps, enabling efficient decision-making and execution. - Highly pragmatic with a "get things done" attitude and a track record of achieving ambitious targets and timelines. -  Previous experience in executing packaging and bundling strategies at
