Senior Accountant 

This candidate will be a Senior Accountant for Thirty Madison and will work closely with our Finance and Supply Chain teams.  The ideal person will be resourceful, results-focused, hyper-analytical with a keen attention to detail and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. • The base pay range for this position is $75,200 to $103,400 per year.**

What you get to do every day

• Responsible for calculating and reporting Cost of Goods Sold 
• Reconcile inventory balances held at various inventory locations
• Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
• Partner with stakeholders across all business units to ensure proper recording of transactions
• Develop and maintain account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
• Play a key role in the company audits and tax preparation
• Assist in documenting policies and procedures for all areas of the accounting function
  

What you bring to the role

• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a complex or high growth environment, at a company with multiple internal P&Ls
• Experience with COGS, inventory reporting, and accrued expenses
• Ability to function both independently and in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies 
• Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to communicate outcomes and recommendations effectively and concisely
• Proficiency in Excel
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Strong organization and time management skills with a “no task is too small” attitude 
• A passion for the Thirty Madison mission of expanding access to healthcare
• Eagerness to join a lean startup and build things from the ground up
