We are one of the leading providers of Advisory related services in Greece. The Outsourcing team of PwC Greece is the leading provider of Accounting, Payroll & HR solutions in Greece, assisting organisations to get value from our outsourcing experience and bring together the skills to deliver improvements in people, processes, and technology. With a team of approximately two hundred professionals, we aim to provide holistic solutions to our clients supporting them in confronting the challenging and constantly changing environment in Greece.

In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Associate to join our HR Support Outsourcing team in Athens. 

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

• Supervise and guide Associates in the delivery of HR outsourcing services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and procedures tailored to client needs

• Oversee the development and execution of effective onboarding and offboarding processes

•  Ensure employee records are maintained in compliance with company policy and legal requirements

• Analyze HR metrics, prepare actionable insights, and deliver detailed reporting to clients and management

•  Oversee the administration of the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, promotions, exits) and resolve complex issues as they arise

• Conduct employment condition reviews to ensure legal compliance and recommend improvements where necessary

• Act as the primary liaison between the team and clients, building and maintaining trusted relationships

What we are looking for

• BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or relevant field

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a HR Generalist, HR Administrative or in relevant role (relevant work experience is a prerequisite for this role)

• Advanced knowledge of HRMS systems (experience with multiple platforms is an asset)

• Proficient in MS Office 

• Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and responsibility in handling sensitive information

• Passionate about delivering high-quality work and achieving client satisfaction

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
