What You'll Be Doing

• Lead engineering planning and execution for cement plant construction and modernization projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and project success
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle
• Provide technical oversight and guidance during design, procurement, installation, and commissioning

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects in industrial environments
• Strong understanding of cement plant systems, equipment, and process integration
• Skilled in project management tools and engineering documentation practices
• Effective communicator with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders
• Commitment to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement in project delivery
• Experience in cement production and project execution is a plus

Work Environment This role combines office-based engineering coordination with on-site project oversight. The office is located in Harleyville, SC and travel to other plant locations is expected. The work culture emphasizes collaboration, safety and technical excellence.
