Maintenance Warehouse Associate

Description

SUMMARY: 

The Maintenance Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and accurate movement of all recycled materials through the manufacturing floor along with facility upkeep.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Recycling
• Assist the manufacturing team with proper material disposal and sorting of recyclables.
• Maintain the integrity of internal recycling process.
• Efficiently manage designated containers.
• Collecting, sorting, maintaining raw materials throughout the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate and schedule pick up / drop offs of reusable chip bins.
• Follow record keeping procedures.
• Proactively ensure recycling methods adhere to EH&S standards.
• Facilities
• Assist with shop cleaning, organizing and maintenance initiatives as needed.
• Upkeep designated floor cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of common foot traffic areas.
• Yard cleanliness and organization management.
• Assist with facility upkeep as needed.

Requirements

REQUIRED 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
•  Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• At least 2 years of progressive experience working in a manufacturing / warehouse environment
• Proficient entering or retrieving information on a computer
• Forklift driving experience
