GFEBS Project Manager

EMI Services has an immediate opportunity for a GFEBS Project Manager with the overall responsibility of managing the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) system. The GFEBS Project Manager will be responsible for GFEBS data entry, reporting, and project management for current and new work. The ideal GFEBS Project Manager will have experience utilizing GFEBS on a military installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that periodic preventive maintenance schedules are published and distributed with the GFEBS system updated once the preventive maintenance is complete
- Schedule and include work center, maintenance plan, equipment number, equipment description, building number, frequency, task list, and any additional notes pertinent to the PM
- Provide the COR in MS Excel, a project PM planning schedule of work to be accomplished in the following week.
- Collect the equipment MCD (serial) number, equipment description, work center, building number, frequency basis for that equipment and maintenance plan and task list
- Escalate ideas for process improvement and reporting business user issues, concerns through contact with GFEBS Operations & Support (O&S) and reach-back capabilities
- Update GFEBS with new equipment/systems or remove obsolete and decommissioned equipment from the database.
- Ensure receipt, assessment, and proper close-out of completed work orders.
- Supervise incoming work requirements to assure correct prioritization of completed work
- Monitor work backlog and identify prioritization needs to work schedules and assignments.
- Research & understand the concept actions such as UMTs/ULOs/NULO.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of GFEBS experience in all of the following process areas
- Spending Chain, Reimbursable, Funds Management, Project Systems, Financial Management, Plant Maintenance, Equipment and Assets, Real Property and Cost Management
- Experience with FARS, DFARS, and other federal regulatory guidance, laws, and requirements
- Strong working knowledge of GFEBS and shall complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) business days of being employed. Required modules Include:
- A76 Department of Public Works (DPW) Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
- A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller
- A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
- A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
- A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter
- Ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC) which requires a Favorable Tier 1 Investigation clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
