Onward and Upward!!!   JOB SUMMARY: The Territory Vice President is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within a defined geographic region. This leadership role oversees strategic account management, team performance, and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate brings strong sales acumen, leadership experience, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.   JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   1. Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Vice Presidents to help them meet or exceed their sales for growth on a quarterly and annual basis.
2. Develop and execute the national broker sales and growth strategy aligned with Claritev's overall objectives.
3. Assist RVPs in developing opportunities and creating pipeline across multiple product lines.
4. Oversee relationship-building efforts with brokers and TPAs along with in-force clients across multiple regions.
5. Ensure consistent achievement of revenue and profitability goals across markets.
6. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic direction.
7. Partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise-level growth initiatives, product positioning, and market expansion.
8. Foster collaboration across departments (operations, compliance, marketing, product, etc.) to deliver integrated client solutions.
9. Oversee compliance with HIPAA, legal, and contractual requirements in all business dealings.
10. Build a high-performance sales culture by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and recognizing achievement.
11. Represent Claritev in industry forums, conferences, and executive-level client meetings.
12. Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of department.
13. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
14. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
15. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

This role functions as a key member of the sales leadership team, responsible for both strategic planning and operational execution. Work is highly complex, requiring strong industry expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to influence outcomes across multiple markets and business units. This is a people management job with authority for all HR actions (hiring, firing, discipline, training, etc.) Qualifications JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):   * Must have 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or healthcare benefits leadership in healthcare space. 
* Demonstrated success leading multi-regional teams and managing executive-level client relationships.
* Track record of driving substantial revenue growth in healthcare, insurance, or benefits-related industries. 
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire high-performing teams.
* Deep understanding of healthcare, benefits, and insurance market dynamics.
* Ensures compliance with HIPPA regulations and requirements
* Demonstrates Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
* Willingness to travel extensively for client and team engagements.
* Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.   The salary range for this position is $250K to $270K.  Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.   BENEFITS
