By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.</span></p><p></p><p><span>The Digital &amp; Process Performance (DPP) function is organized into key teams to drive transformation <span>effectively. Processes</span></span> &amp; <span>Applications focuses</span> on modernizing core business processes, while Data &amp; <span>Analytics enables</span> data-driven <span>decision-making. IT</span> <span>Operations ensures</span> reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and <span>the Transformation</span> Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.</p><p></p><p><span>We are now looking for <b>a DPP, Project Manager to work in our Transformation Management Office focusing on Data and Digitalization.</b></span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities and key activities:</b></p><ul><li><span>Have a project leadership role: ensure that our master data projects run smoothly together with our Digital and Process Performance master data experts and the business segment stakeholders</span></li><li><span>Project management (e.g. roadmaps, milestones, resourcing etc.) in versatile master data projects in a global matrix across business sections</span></li><li><span>Collaboration with our delivery partners as they are also playing an important role in developing and maintaining the solutions that we offer</span></li><li>Prepare steering group materials, executive and board decision making materials</li><li>Contribute in building strong project culture and global project management competencies across Huhtamaki</li></ul><p></p><p>The TMO is working as an agile team, and key responsibilities for specific areas will be allocated among the team members based on experience, skills, and interest. In this role the focus will be initially in data and digitalization projects, but we are looking for an individual who is interested also in other data project domains and can adapt to our project needs in this interesting transformation journey.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Requirements for the role:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Proven experience in project management, including planning, organizing, and executing data-related projects. The ability to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, and effectively manage project risks and issues. Having relevant project management certificates like PMP, PgMP, IPMA etc. is very beneficial.</span></li><li><span>A solid understanding of data management principles, data architecture, data engineering, and data integration concepts. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. MS Azure BI Ecosystem knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users. The ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and foster a collaborative working environment.</span></li><li><span>Basic data analysis skills to review project metrics and data-related KPIs. The ability to use data insights for decision-making and project performance evaluation.</span></li><li><span>Experience in working with external vendors or service providers for specific project requirements.
