Job Title: Training Administrator- Part- Time
Job Summary:
Dynalectric is seeking a part-time Training Admin to work onsite in the Portland Metro Area. This position is responsible for supporting the Training Manager and Training Coordinator.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Will assist with any training requests via phone calls, email, and Smartsheet requests from the intranet
- Work with the training team to document employee trainings and certifications using an employee database and record keeping system such as Excel, or Smartsheet
- Work with the training team to coordinate and provide support for external trainings. Assist with external training requests through Smartsheet, register employees for external trainings and conferences
- Assist in providing support for internal trainings. Track internal training requests through email and Smartsheet, register employees and track completed trainings.
- Assist with creation & maintenance of internal training materials. Assist in creating syllabus, PowerPoint content, training outlines, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing team to schedule and post monthly internal training offerings on internal company website.
- Support in assessing effectiveness of external and internal trainings, seminars, and conferences through employee surveys along with reaching out to training attendees following survey submissions.
- Send out meeting invites, track head count, reserve conference rooms, help set up catering.
- Create and maintain department smartsheets and dashboards.
- Assist with training expenses.
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, tasks, and projects on an ongoing basis.
Working Conditions:
Mostly office based. Typical working hours will generally be Monday – Friday during normal business hours. This role occasionally requires a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
Physical requirements:
This position occasionally requires you to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
