Ron Tonkin KIA, a well-known automotive dealership located in Gladstone, OR, has a wonderful opportunity for someone that is interested in starting a lifelong career in the automotive industry. We are hiring a Service Concierge to join our service team. This position is an entry-level opening with lots of career development. Working as our Service Concierge, you would be a mixture of a service greeter and an assistant service advisor. The purpose of this position is to get your foot in the door and hopefully eventually become a service advisor. The ideal candidate would have a great go-getter attitude, top-notch customer service, and a great work ethic.

Service Concierge Job Responsibilities

• Provide visitors with directions and any information they require, ensuring that they’re greeted with courtesy every time. Strong customer service skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure or when dealing with a dissatisfied customer are vital to this aspect of the job.
• Maintain your work area, perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness, and adhere to control and security policies.
• Assist customers and provide optimal levels of customer service wherever possible. They analyze the customer’s requirements and help them find the best solution by directing them to the appropriate department.
• Assist the service advisors as necessary.
• Other duties that may arise in the service department.

Service Concierge Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Driver’s License.
• Prior Customer Service Experience.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
