Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Luxury Brand Liaison Officer / Supervisor to support high-end retail operations at a premier shopping destination in Huntington Station, NY. This role serves as a shift supervisor while also acting as a dedicated liaison for luxury tenants on property. The ideal candidate will have a strong security background in retail environments and the ability to deliver white-glove service while maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned shifts and provide leadership and guidance to on-site security staff

• Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury retail tenants, ensuring their security needs are met

• Maintain a visible presence within luxury retail spaces to deter theft and ensure safety

• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or tenant concerns

• Conduct patrols and ensure compliance with post orders and company standards

• Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury-brand expectations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of prior retail security experience (required)

• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment

• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Valid NYS Security Guard License (if applicable to assignment)
