This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with strong prospects for continued growth and increased ownership.</p> <p>You will be an integral part of the IT Operations team as we continue to grow our presence in Colombia. As Colombia's IT Operations point of contact, you will be accountable for local device inventory management, Google Workspace administration, MDM implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Most importantly, you will provide our end users the highest level of IT Support.</p> <p><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Due to the requirements of the position, only English resumes will be accepted.</strong></p> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>The compensation range for the role is $2,000 - $2,600 USD GROSS per month as a contractor. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the one of the main points of contact for device inventory procurement, deployment, physical security, and management for employees in Colombia, including macOS and Windows OS-based devices.</li> <li>Respond promptly to incoming ITSD tickets in Jira, working on the issue from inception to completion.</li> <li>Contribute to working down assigned items in our existing Jira
